Community Meeting #2 - Overview of buildings and affordability

Slides cover a brief recap of Meeting #1, including what was heard from community members. Then slides look at an overview of affordable housing and focus on architectural styles through images of existing neighboring and/or affordable housing developments and sketches of how potential streetscapes and buildings may interact.

Community Meeting #3 - Discussion of final Development Plan

Slides cover a recap of the Community Outreach process to date, including Meetings #1 and #2. The slides look further at definitions of affordable housing, funding sources, and the horizontal elements of the Development Plan as preferred by the Housing Authority and presented reflecting feedback from the community.
